1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Freedom Track's services, website, and applications (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Idea Flow Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Freedom Track, operated by Idea Flow Solutions LLC, provides financial tracking and management tools designed to help users monitor and manage their path to financial independence. Our Services include financial tracking, scenario planning, milestone tracking, and other related features. Availability of specific features depends on your subscription plan.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Freedom Track offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: Basic financial tracking with limited assets, liabilities, income sources, expenses, and history.
- Plus: Unlimited financial tracking, What-If Scenarios, FI Milestones, Payment Calculator, and Data Export.
- Premium: Everything in Plus, along with account linking, AI-powered monthly reviews, and AI-assisted data entry.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or features of any subscription plan. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
4. Plan Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Changes take effect as follows:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then.
- Cancellations: Take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your paid features until the period ends, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
Upon downgrading or cancellation, your data is retained but features beyond your new plan's limits will become inaccessible until you upgrade again.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information to keep it accurate and current.
6. User Data
We collect user data including email, name, and any financial information you provide. This data is used to provide our Services, for analytics, and for marketing purposes. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Certain features of our Services integrate with third-party providers:
- Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Plaid: Account linking features connect to your financial institutions through Plaid. Use of this feature is subject to Plaid's Terms of Service.
- AI Services: AI-powered features (monthly reviews, data entry assistance) use third-party AI providers to process your financial data. Data sent to AI providers is used solely for generating your requested insights and is not used to train AI models.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by Idea Flow Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, any active paid subscription will not be renewed, but no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the current billing period.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. FREEDOM TRACK IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR. THE SERVICES ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND TRACKING PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.
12. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL IDEA FLOW SOLUTIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICES OR AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
